PSV has become in recent decades in a recurrent basis for the Barcelona market. In a club with such tradition 'orange' as Barca, the transfer from Eindhoven to Barcelona has been repeated often. In case there are many and most have written important pages in history for Barca as Koeman and Romario. The first came after he was champion of Europe, and with both in Wembley, paid a historic debt of football with the Catalan side.
Romario, in turn, moved to Barcelona with a unique repertoire. You do not remember anyone so cold in the area, so delicate in the auction and so unpredictable in the maneuver. His performances were a real challenge to the imagination. Later it came, also of PSV, another Brazilian married to the show. "Imagine that you ask God to become the best player in the world ... and you hear" and read a Nike ad with pictures of Ronaldo dodging all players in the Compostela. That much still remains in the memory of all football fans, as Robson did then, still putting his hands to his head at such abuse.
More recently, coinciding with Van Gaal as manager Barca players like Cocu, Zenden and participated in a Dutch Barcelona more than ever. Van Gaal then tried to export to the Camp Nou, 95 Ajax and spared no signings of players from his former team with the complicity of Nuñez. Van Gaal's players also joined arch-rivals PSV, probably weary character with the Latin player who never found common ground. Of these, Cocu was the one who best mixed with the team's style. His scoring from the second line was one of the greatest assets of Van Gaal's Barca. Zenden, however, showed the expected level and the Camp Nou never trusted him. The last to come was Van Bommel, who enjoyed great success of Barca's Rijkaard before moving to Bayern's Van Gaal.
